Mike Menendez

Mike Menendez is an actor, writer, producer, and comedian based in New York City. Born in Portland ME and raised in Charlottesville VA, he attained a BFA in Drama at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, where he trained in Method acting at the Lee Strasberg Theater & Film Institute, as well as on-camera technique at the Stonestreet Studios. Mike is a proud union member with both SAG-AFTRA and AEA.

Most recent film credits include a role in Zach Braff’s A Good Person, starring Florence Pugh and Morgan Freeman. Television credits include roles on NBC’s The Blacklist, HBO’s The Other Two and And Just Like That…, CBS’ Bull and FBI: Most Wanted. Theatre credits include Night of the Iguana, directed by Michael Wilson at the American Repertory Theater, the world premiere production of Lucy Thurber's Orpheus In the Berkshires, directed by Laura Savia, and Red Light Winter at the international ItSelf Festival in Warsaw, where he won the award for Best Actor in a Leading Role.

Mike is also a writer of urban fantasy novels, currently shopping around the first title in his apocalyptic trilogy, “The Creators.” When he’s not working, Mike is probably watching anime or belly-laughing over something.
